Step 1 — Create your free store

Takes about 2 minutes · no fees, no commission during launch
1Open the seller page

Go to thaimost.com/sell and fill in your business email, password and real company name.

💡 Your company name becomes your store link — e.g. “Siam Herb Co.” → thaimost.com/supplier?supplier=siam-herb-co
2Confirm your email

We send a confirmation link to your inbox. Click it to activate your account. Check the spam folder if you don't see it within a minute.

3Sign in

Return to THAIMOST and sign in — your store is already created and waiting for products.

4Open your Seller Center

This is your dashboard: add products, see buyer RFQs, send quotes, edit your store profile and photos.

Step 2 — Post your first product

Seller Center → Products → Add product
1Product name & category

Write a clear English name (e.g. “Organic Jasmine Rice 5kg — Export Grade”) and pick the closest category. Thai is fine too — we translate it.

2Price & MOQ

Enter your FOB price range (USD) and minimum order quantity with a unit (pcs / kg / boxes). Buyers filter by these — listings without real prices get skipped.

3Upload 2–5 photos

Use your own real product photos. The first photo becomes the cover. Bright, clean background works best.

💡 Photos taken with a phone are fine — real beats perfect.
4Describe it for buyers

2–4 sentences: what it is, what it's used for, packaging, certifications (FDA / GMP / HALAL) if you have them.

5Submit for review

Our team reviews every listing before it goes live. We review new listings as quickly as we can. You'll see the status in your Seller Center.

Step 3 — Listing rules

Listings that break these are not approved
✓ DO
  • Use your own brand or unbranded / OEM productsYour products, your factory, your label.
  • Post real photos you took yourselfAt least 2 photos per product.
  • Give real FOB prices and MOQA range is fine — buyers just need a starting point.
  • List certifications you actually holdFDA, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO — buyers love these.
✕ DON'T
  • Post other companies' branded productsNo reselling Lipton, Nivea, etc. under their brand — trademark risk.
  • Use THAIMOST or another company's name as your store nameReserved names are blocked automatically.
  • Copy photos from Google or other websitesStock photos get your listing rejected.
  • Claim certifications you don't haveBuyers will ask for the documents.

Step 4 — Answer buyers & win orders

1Watch for RFQs

When a buyer requests a quotation for your product, it appears in your Seller Center under “RFQs matched to your products”.

2Send your quote

Click Send a quote: FOB price, MOQ, lead time and incoterm. The buyer compares quotes side by side — clear numbers win.

3Chat directly

Buyers can also message your store. Reply in the chat — answer questions, share specs, agree on samples.

Aim to reply within 24 hours. Buyers usually contact several suppliers at once, so a fast reply helps your shop stand out and tends to attract more inquiries.

FAQ

Quick answers for new sellers
How much does it cost to sell?
Nothing during launch — listing is free and we charge 0% commission. Paid visibility options (boosts, ads) are optional.
Why is my product “pending”?
Every listing is reviewed by our team before going live. We review new listings as quickly as we can. If it stays pending longer, check that it follows the listing rules above, or contact us.
Can I write in Thai?
Yes — write product names and descriptions in Thai if that's easier. Buyers will see polished English automatically.
How do I get the Verified badge?
Submit your company documents (KYC) in your Seller Center. Verified stores get a trust badge that buyers filter by.
Can I change my store name later?
Yes, from your Seller Center settings. Your store link stays the same so buyers never lose you.
